Cafe manager/Barista at Holicrop

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a plant based cafe/bakery in Turramurra. We have been operating for almost 3 years now and since have become locals favourite. We are looking to have a team leader so the owner/manager can work on business.

To apply 

  • Must have great people skills
  • Manage, lead, motivate and train the FOH staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Be always the face of the business and build the regular customer clientele.
  • Have experience with Stock management, ordering and rostering.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

All-rounder
Barista
Assistant Manager
Cafe Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years experience require in similar role at a cafe 
  • Must be able to work well under pressure
  • Food handling certificate preferred 
  • Able to work on weekends and start early
